How to contact support

PayNow / PayEasy Customer Support

 

To contact support please use one of the following methods:

 

1.     Email support@tadley.com

Your request will automatically be put in the support queue. This is the fastest way to get your request into the support queue. Please put your school’s district code and a brief note in the subject line.

 

2.      Go to http://support.tadley.com

At this site you can register as a user, enter support requests and track your support tickets.

 

3.     Call 866.655.5908. If an agent is not available at the time you may leave a voice mail with information about your issue. Please give your district code and description of issue.

 

Support is available from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Arizona Time) Monday through Fridays, excluding holidays.
